This two-day course gives you a thorough, hands-on introduction to Dynamics 365 Sales and Microsoft Copilot for Sales — covering everything from initial setup through to advanced productivity tools and AI-powered insights.
We start by getting the foundations right — setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 Sales, connecting it to Microsoft 365, and making sure the supporting applications are in place. From there, we dive into the day-to-day reality of sales management: tracking customer interactions, managing leads through the pipeline, and turning opportunities into orders. You'll also get to grips with the product catalog and the full sales order process.
The course then moves into the tools that help sales teams stay focused and hit their numbers — defining goals, managing forecasts, and working with business process flows that guide sellers through the right steps at the right time. We'll also explore Sales Insights and the Sales Accelerator, including how to build sales sequences, set up assignment rules, work with segments, and even engage customers through text messages.
No sales course would be complete without a look at the data, so we cover how to analyse your Dynamics 365 Sales data directly in the app and through Power BI dashboards. We wrap up with the mobile app and Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales — giving sellers the AI-powered tools they need to be productive wherever they are, along with guidance on how to deploy Copilot for Sales across an organisation.

This course is designed for IT or sales professionals who want to learn how to leverage Dynamics 365 Sales and Microsoft Copilot for Sales for their organizations. Students should have knowledge in basic sales principles. Students should be familiar with the Dynamics 365 customer experience suite, including Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. They should also have basic model-driven application configuration experience.
